We bought this device two weeks ago. so far, everything is fine, it works great. no odor, the litter box is always clean, the cats started using it right away, no training required.

Excellent value for money; of course, a medium to high quality sand should be used for perfect performance. The cost is still recouped thanks to reduced waste. A tip for those switching from a classic litter box to this one: activate the cleaning function manually the first few times without the cat present to avoid startling them with the movements. Truly excellent product and the seller is responsive and quick to respond to any requests! TOP!

The box arrived very well packaged, within a reasonable timeframe, as there was a holiday and a national strike during that period. However, I advise the manufacturer to add protection along the entire edge of the box to prevent silica from escaping and potentially damaging the product's functionality. Other than that, it performs as described and works with the Smartlife / Tuya app.

One part was broken probably during transport. communication with the store very good and fast, they sent a new part right away. i recommend 👍
